Shipping Information

 

  • Processing Time

    All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • UK Delivery

    We use a tracked delivery service for all orders to ensure peace of mind.

     

    • Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.95 (2–4 working days)

    • Free Tracked Delivery on orders over £100

     

  • International Delivery

    Currently, CSKIN only ships within the UK.

  • Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.


We will, however, accept returns if your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note:

 

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Once we have received and inspected the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [cskinnn@gmail.com] with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
